At Namaste Skin Clinic & Urban Day Spa, we require a deposit for all bookings. This deposit is automatically collected from our booking app, or it can be paid in-store or over the phone.

A full charge will be applied if you cancel within 48 hours. 

If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient.

No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment balance.

Gift Vouchers: If you have a voucher, you can place that towards the deposit. Just provide the voucher code to us to apply to your booking.
