Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Namaste Skin Clinic & Urban Day Spa, we require a €50 euro or 50% deposit for all new bookings. This deposit is automatically collected from our booking app, or it can be paid in-store or over the phone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within this time period, your deposit can be fully refunded or transferred. If you cancel within 48 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

In the rare case that a deposit was not taken and the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours, the full balance is owed until a new booking can be made.

Gift Vouchers: If you have a voucher, you can place that towards the deposit. Just provide the voucher code to us to apply to your booking.
