Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • We require a €50 deposit on any appointments worth €50 or more to hold your appointment. Paid within 48 hours of appointment confirmation.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours of appointment time will result in forfeiture of the €50 deposit.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 

Nail Policy:

  • Deposits do not apply to our regular nail clients (excluding full manicures & pedicures) unless a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, then the next appointment will require full payment upfront.
